How to Make a Complaint

A tidy garage door on a snowy morning in Norristown

Last updated: October 2026

Anyone who reaches out to Fragnatika Garage Doors deserves a fair and honest experience. If yours fell short, please tell us. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You are welcome to contact us about:

  • How Fragnatika Garage Doors handled your call or message
  • How your personal information was treated
  • Anything on the site that looks unclear or wrong
  • How a provider we connected you with behaved

If the Problem Is With a Provider

The providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one sets its own quotes and prices, does its own work, and handles its own customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your garage door, the usual first step is to contact the provider directly and keep written notes.

Please let us know too. Feedback about providers helps keep the network honest, and a provider who repeatedly falls short may be removed. Still, Fragnatika Garage Doors cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions on a provider's behalf.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@fragnatika.site and include:

  • Your name and contact details
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number or form you used, if you know it
  • The provider's name, if you have it
  • What happened, and what outcome you would like

What Happens Next

We will confirm by email that we received your message, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into the matter. That may involve reaching out to the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any action we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask for a second review. You can also contact your state's consumer protection agency or attorney general, or the Better Business Bureau. If the provider holds a license, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
